Terms of service

Non-profit organization PAPS(hereinafter referred to as “PAPS”) establishes the terms of use for ur0.jp (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”) provided on this website. The Service shall be available only to those who agree to these terms and conditions.

Article 1 (Handling of Shortened URLs)

The original URLs that have been shortened will be stored on the server. Users shall retain full ownership of the original URLs, and users shall be solely responsible for their use.

Article 2 (Prohibited Activities)

The following activities are prohibited. PAPS will take action to remove such content upon discovery and may report to law enforcement agencies as necessary.

Article 3 (Disclosure of Personal Information to Third Parties)

Personal information shall not be disclosed to third parties without the individual’s permission, except in the following cases:

When the individual has given consent for information provision
When disclosure is required by public authorities or bar associations
When disclosure is requested under the Internet Provider Responsibility Limitation Law

Article 4 (Restrictions on Use)

This service may restrict all or part of the usage without prior notice if the user falls under any of the following conditions:

  1. If the user violates any provision of these Terms of Service.
  2. In the case of registered users, if there has been no usage for a certain period since the last usage.
  3. In other cases where the use of this service is deemed inappropriate by this service.

This service shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the user due to actions taken by this service based on this provision.

Article 5 (Other)

Regular maintenance will be carried out. Users acknowledge that the Service may be unavailable during maintenance. The Service uses cookies and JavaScript. Access analysis using “Google Analytics” is conducted. User information is recorded in the form of access logs, including IP addresses, types of browsers used, and access timestamps. Users agree not to hold PAPS liable for any complaints, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from the use of the Service. In case of disputes arising from the use of the Service, the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
